01Story
Nasiba Abdullaeva was born in the city of Samarkand, in the large family of Melik Yarmukhamedov. She is the seventh child in the family. She attended a general school and, at the same time, studied at a music school in the accordion class.
After finishing school she made an unsuccessful attempt to enter an architectural institute, which turned out to be fateful for Nasiba… At that very time she was invited to work as a music teacher at a school. A year later came an offer to become the lead singer of the newly formed vocal-instrumental ensemble “Samarkand”.
While getting her music education and taking the stage as early as school, she never thought that music and singing would become the most important thing in her life. Nasiba Abdullaeva burst into the world of art and firmly took her place in it.

Today the singer has behind her participation in many international competitions and concerts, honorary government awards, and the titles of Honored and People’s Artist of Uzbekistan. Her rich repertoire includes songs in Uzbek, Russian, Turkish, Azerbaijani, Persian and other languages.
Many of them are already popular songs performed by other artists. Turning to them, the singer gives them new life, adding a contemporary sound, unique vivid shades and a palpable tenderness that resonates with the delicacy of her outlook.
Her repertoire also includes songs she wrote herself, several of them with both lyrics and music by her. Nasiba selects poetry with great care. Her songs are full of meaning, wisdom and warmth, and are always performed at the highest level.
